What we collect and why
Form submissions
When you submit a form (Free SEO Audit, Enterprise RFP, Book a Consultation), we collect the fields you complete — typically your name, work email, company, website, role, and any notes you provide. We use this data to respond to your request and follow up about our services. Form submissions are processed by Formspree (US-based, GDPR-compliant) and emailed to us.
Legal basis: performance of a contract (your request to be contacted) and our legitimate interest in operating our business.
Retention: we keep form submissions for as long as the prospect/client relationship is active, plus 24 months. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages perform, where traffic comes from, and which content leads to conversions. We have IP anonymization enabled and use Google Consent Mode v2:
- If you click Accept on our cookie banner: GA4 stores a cookie and tracks your session.
- If you click Reject (or ignore the banner): GA4 runs in cookieless ping mode — we receive aggregate, anonymized signals only; no personal data is stored on your device or transmitted to Google in identifiable form.
Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR + ePrivacy Directive Article 5(3)).
Data processor: Google Ireland Limited. Data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses + EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site, or by re-loading the page and clicking Reject.
Server logs (Cloudflare)
Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare maintains short-term server logs (IP, user agent, request path) for security, abuse prevention, and DDoS protection. These logs are retained per Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
