No. The platform is part of our enterprise engagements. We don't sell it as a standalone SaaS product — without our agentic operations, the platform doesn't have data to display.
Will I get access to my own data?
Yes. Enterprise clients get full visibility into their account data through the platform. You can also request data export for use in your internal BI tools.
How does the platform handle data privacy?
Each client account is logically isolated. Senior strategists see only their assigned accounts. Agents are scoped to specific accounts during work sessions.
Can I integrate with our existing tools?
Yes, with API access (advanced enterprise tier). We can pipe KPI data, agent activity, and quality metrics into Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker.
Will the platform become a public SaaS product?
We've discussed it. For now, the platform is a competitive advantage for enterprise engagements rather than a separate product. May reconsider in 18-24 months.
